Crema is the most refined flour we offer. It is creamy in color and silky to the touch. Light, tender, and finely milled. This highly sifted cake flour performs well in puff pastry, delicate cakes, pie crusts, flaky biscuits, and tortes; pairs well with flavors such as lemon, almond, and vanilla. When using Carolina Ground flour, we recommend increasing the hydration in your recipe. 

Made from Shirley Soft Red Winter Wheat grown on organic acreage in Manson, NC. Non-GMO, unbleached, unbromated, and without additives.
