Fresh medium rye flour cold stone milled from organic Wren’s Abruzzi rye grown locally in the South. This product is the result of an 83 extraction meaning that only the larger bran has been removed. The result is flavorful flour perfect for use in bread, cookies, brownies; pairs well with chocolate. When using Carolina Ground flour, we recommend increasing the hydration in your recipe. 

Made from Wren’s Abruzzi rye grown on organic acreage in Eagle Springs, NC. Non-GMO, unbleached, unbromated, and without additives.
